SERVICES

Each Individual who takes part in GOALS Employment Hub Program will be enhancing and developing their employment skills.  The goal is to have each individual obtain permanent part-time employment,  self-employment, and/or volunteer opportunities.

Being a part of the Employment hub would include:

• Individualized Income-Generation Plan 

• Task Analysis Plan

• 1:1 Support from a Transition Facilitator 

• Assessment and Progress Reports

• A central place for hands-on employment development training
