ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Each Individual who takes part in GOALS Employment Hub Program will be enhancing and developing their employment skills. The goal is to have each individual obtain permanent part-time employment, self-employment, and/or volunteer opportunities.

Being a part of the Employment hub would include:

Task Analysis Plan

1:1 Support from a Transition Facilitator

Assessment and Progress Reports

A central place for hands-on employment development training

3:30 PM - 6:00 PM

Registration fee includes the creation of an Individual Income Generating Plan.

Registration to attend Employment HUB is open to participants and families after the initial meeting with the Transition Facilitator.
