ABOUT THE HUB

The GOALS Employment Hub Program is designed to empower individuals with the skills, confidence, and experience needed to thrive in the workforce. Through hands-on training, personalized support, and real-world opportunities, participants will enhance and develop essential employment skills that set them up for long-term success. Our goal is to help each individual secure permanent part-time employment, self-employment, and/or meaningful volunteer opportunities that align with their interests and abilities

Resume Building & Interview Preparation – Crafting strong resumes and developing the confidence to succeed in job interviews.
Workplace Readiness & Skill Development – Gaining practical skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management.
Job Matching & Community Connections – Exploring opportunities tailored to individual strengths and goals.
Entrepreneurial Support – Learning how to turn passions into self-employment opportunities.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Joining the GOALS Employment Hub means gaining access to personalized support and hands-on training to help individuals build their career path with confidence. Participants will benefit from:

  • Individualized Income-Generation Plan 

  • Task Analysis Plan

  • 1:1 Support from a Transition Facilitator 

  • Assessment and Progress Reports

  • Hands-on employment development training

  • ​

With a structured approach and dedicated support, the GOALS Employment Hub helps individuals develop the skills, confidence, and experience needed to achieve long-term success in the workforce.

REGISTRATION

Registration to attend Employment Hub is open to participants and families after the initial meeting  with the Transition Facilitator

3:30 PM - 6:00PM

​

Registration fee includes the creation of an Individual Income Generating Plan

ELIGIBILITY

These programs are designed for individuals who are 18 and older does not require behavioural redirection. They must also have a strong desire for independence, self-sufficiency, and the development of life skills that support successful career or entrepreneurial endeavours. . Contact GOALS to arrange a facility tour, complete an intake meeting and forms.
