ABOUT THE PROGRAM
GOALS 12-week day program offers individuals the opportunity to engage in both in-house and community based activities that focus on developing essential life skills across 7 key areas. These activities are designed to foster growth, creativity, and confidence, preparing participants for a successful future.
Participants will have the chance to explore:

Music Education – Enhancing creativity and self-expression through music.

Swimming & Fitness – Promoting physical health and well-being.

Meditation & Self-Care – Cultivating mindfulness and emotional balance.

Cooking & Kitchen Safety – Learning practical skills for meal preparation and safety.

Creative Expression Through Arts & Dance – Encouraging imagination and artistic exploration.

Volunteer Skills & Employment Opportunities – Gaining experience and building a sense of purpose.

Decision-Making & Problem-Solving Skills – Strengthening critical thinking and independence.
This program is designed to empower individuals with the tools and confidence they need to succeed in everyday life.

A full-day program from
